What AlleReach does

Allergen immunotherapy compounding

We compound allergy shot sets for each patient from the physician’s prescription, in 4-, 7- and 8-vial formats, plus sublingual drops. Environmental allergies can be treated with allergy shots or allergy drops; for food allergies, we provide treatment sets for food allergy drops. Everything is mixed on site in our sterile lab from FDA-approved biological extracts. Immunotherapy is the only treatment that targets the cause of an allergy, and patients usually need 3 or more years of it.

Environmental and food testing kits with the antigens, supplies, patient education and marketing materials a clinic needs. The skin prick method is needle-free and reactions show in about 15 minutes. Every kit comes with a virtual orientation for the whole practice.

What makes AlleReach different

More immunotherapy vials than anyone else in the U.S.

We have created more allergy immunotherapy vials for allergy shots than any other provider in the United States. Every vial is made precisely and accurately, to the physician’s prescription, using FDA-approved biological extracts. We hear rumors about unscrupulous providers who use expired extracts or get the quantities wrong. That never happens at AlleReach.

Every allergy shot protocol, including at-home

We support every protocol for allergy shots. Our own protocols were developed for the safety and efficacy of taking allergy shots at home, which calls for a gentler step-up and build-up in dosage and more frequent administration during maintenance (once per week instead of once per month). We also support every AAAAI, ACAAI and other SCIT protocol a physician chooses to prescribe.

Shots and drops for environmental allergies, drops for food

We treat environmental allergies with allergy shots or allergy drops, and we provide treatment sets for food allergy drops for food allergy treatment.

Allergy only

Most compounding pharmacies make hormones, creams and everything else. We make allergy immunotherapy. Our staff, lab and processes are built around one thing.

Led by pharmacists who have built pharmacies before

Every order is overseen by our Pharmacist in Charge, Dr. Kristi Kubosh, PharmD, RPh, MBA, who has more than 15 years in pharmacy operations and leadership, including taking a specialty pharmacy from startup to ACHC accreditation on the first attempt and directing pharmacy operations across 43 states. She works alongside Dr. Noelle Leger, PharmD, who built AlleReach’s sterile lab, led its certification and state board inspection, and is licensed in 19 states.

Compliant on paper and in the lab

The facility follows USP Chapter <797>, OSHA and applicable GMP guidelines. Our sterile lab passed certification and state board inspection before the first order went out.

Clear about what’s in the vial

Our diluents are listed openly: normal saline with phenol (NSP) and human serum albumin (HSA), both with 0.4% phenol, with 0.03% albumin in HSA. Physicians know exactly what they are injecting.

The team behind AlleReach

Kristi Kubosh, PharmD, RPh, MBA

Pharmacist in Charge

Kristi oversees every order that leaves AlleReach. She has more than 15 years in pharmacy operations and leadership: as Chief Operating Officer and Pharmacist-in-Charge of a specialty pharmacy and infusion startup that she took to profitability and ACHC accreditation on its first attempt; as Pharmacy Manager at a digital health pharmacy through a 300% growth phase; and as Senior Operations Manager directing pharmacy operations across 43 states with a 100% audit pass rate. She earned her PharmD at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, her MBA at SMU’s Cox School of Business and a BS in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M. She is a Registered Pharmacist in Texas.

Erica Noelle Leger, PharmD

Pharmacist

Noelle joined AlleReach in 2019 and took the pharmacy from an idea to a licensed sterile lab, leading its certification and state board inspection. She has more than 10 years in independent pharmacy and compounding, earned her PharmD at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers and has held SCAT certification in aseptic technique since 2014. She is licensed in Texas and 18 more states, and is a member of APC, APhA, ASHP, TPA and DAPA.
